7-Days to Lose the Weight, Waste, and Waist Renew and Recharge Programs
Ready to lose the weight?, then start with losing the waste. This Wellness program includes
a daily guided conference call and materials to participate in the 7 Days of Wellness Renew
and Recharge Program. This is an interactive week-long program to implement the 7-Days
to Wellness program which focuses on cleansing and detoxifying the mind, body, and spirit.
Join a group of like-minded people and participate in this unique 7-day program with a daily
phone call to discuss the day-to-day program that leads to a healthy lifestyle.
Learn a structured approach to maintaining good health and new ways to renew and recharge. The wellness program is part of a seven-day process with two days of pre and post-cleansing activities and three days of natural cleansing with herbal teas, fresh juices, and hearty vegetable broths. This is a great way to start your new weight or health management program. Program materials and a daily conference call 7-9PM are provided.

Wellness Retreats are scheduled during the year at the change of the seasons. The dates include a three-day/two night stay from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon for each session. A visit to the Edgar Cayce Center in Virginia Beach may be included based on weather and other setups.

The Cost of The Weekend Get-away Retreat is $325 and includes:
Shared/Private Room accommodations for two nights (King room is $425)
Daily program meals, liquids, and supplements
Participation in activities (short hike, meditation, workshops, yoga)
Each participant is responsible for their own round-trip transportation to the location in Heathsville, Virginia
