A 7-Days to Wellness Teleconference Program
Can't participate in the weekend retreat? - This Wellness Teleconference program includes a daily conference call and materials to participate in the 7 Days of Wellness Detox Program. This is an interactive week-long program to implement the 7-Days to Wellness program which is focuses on cleansing and detoxifying the mind, body, and spirit. Join a group of like-minded people and participate in this unique 7-day program with a daily phone call to discuss the day-to-day program that leads to a healthy lifestyle. Learn a structured approach to maintaining good health and new ways to renew and recharge. The wellness program is part of a seven-day process with two days of pre and post-cleansing activities and three days of natural cleansing with herbal teas, fresh juices, and hearty vegetable broths. This is a great way to start your new weight or health management program. Program materials and a daily conference call from 6-8AM and 6-8PM are provided.

Cost is $59 per monthly session or $195 for the Annual Program (participate in any session for one full year)

Renew and Recharge Wellness Weekend
Enjoy a relaxing weekend retreat with a focus on wellness through cleansing and detoxifying techniques for the body, mind, and spirit. Learn a structured approach to maintaining good health and new ways to renew and recharge. The wellness weekend is part of a seven-day process with two days of pre and post-cleansing activities and three days of liquid fasting with herbal teas, fresh juices, and hearty vegetable broths.

Four Wellness Retreats are scheduled during the year at the change of the seasons. The dates include a three-day/two night stay from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon for each session.

Come for a getaway of pampering and relaxation retreat at the Selected Resort. The Resort offers a peaceful escape with a countryside atmosphere.
The program includes:
- Lodging
- Friday buffet dinner
- Saturday buffet breakfast
- 30 minute spa service (manicure or pedicure)
- Saturday Morning hike and workshop
Cost is $295, Singles add $105
Spa upgrade to 50 minute massage or facial service is an additional $65
All prices are per person and based on double occupancy.
A limited number of spaces are available and reservations will be provided on a first pay basis.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee. The balance of whatever has been paid less the cancellation fee will be refunded if cancelled before June 30 AND a replacement has been found. A replacement refund may be at a lower cost than the original purchase price. No refunds provided if cancelled after July 1.

Details for what to bring and directions will be provided upon receipt of the completed registration. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the retreat location (located in Heathsville, VA, near the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay and approximately 2 and 1/2 hours from the Washington Metro area). Participation is limited to five people, so complete your reservation early to confirm your space.
