Hike the Appalachian Trail with Fresco's Appalachian Trail in Every State (ATIES) Group

Join the Fresco family of hikers that have expressed an interest in hiking some of the Appalachian Trail (AT) in every state.  The AT is a 2,175 foot trail that traverses the Appalachian Mountain range from Georgia to Maine and passes through 14 states.  It is a continuous series of trails that are maintained by the local hiking clubs in the area of the trail.

Here are the general guidelines to being part of the ATIES hiking group:

- to hike at least 10 percent of the entire AT (at least 200 miles)

- to hike a minimum of 10 miles in each state (14 states in all!)

- to keep a journal of your experience

Some of our Fresco Adventure hikes will be located at points on the trail but many will require you to do on your own.   At the end of the mission of completing all the states on the trail, we will celebrate you for accomplishing your goal!  There is no cost to be a part of this group, just the time and effort to come out and play in nature.   For more information about the trail check out this link for the Appalachian Trail Conference---> www.appalachiantrail.org

To become a member of the ATIES just email us and provide your name and email address
